How to use Organistrum?
How to Register on the Platform?

Go to the Organistrum registration page.

Fill in the required information: Name, email, a short presentation: biography or description (who you are, your expertise, and your activity in the field of instrument rental), address and phone number (this helps renters know where the instrument is located). Optionally, upload a logo or picture.

You can also update your password under Update My Password.
- When everything is complete, click Save. You are now registered and can log in at any time to manage your profile and instruments.
How to Find an Instrument?

Go to the instrument catalogue.

Use the search bar or filters to refine your search by: Instrument name, family (strings, winds, keyboards, percussion, etc.) and location.

Click on an instrument’s profile to see its description, pictures, terms of service, and contact details.
- If you are interested, you can contact the owner directly through the platform.
- NB: Organistrum is not a rental service. It does not manage bookings or handle insurance — those aspects remain to be discussed directly with the instrument owner. For more information, please refer to Organistrum’s Terms of Use or contact REMA staff (info@rema-eemn.net).
How to Add an Instrument?

Once you are logged in to your account, go to Your instrument and click Add new instrument.
- Fill in the required fields: Name of the instrument, Family (choose from the dropdown list), Description (dimensions, specific features - e.g. pitch, string setup, manuals, fingering system - and accessories provided - case, stand, bow, bench, tuning tools, etc.- ) and the Terms of service: specify rental conditions (insurance, climate requirements, etc.).

Upload a main picture (and additional images if available).

(Optional) Add a YouTube link to demonstrate the instrument.

Set the status of your listing (Draft = private, Published = visible to users). You can also archive your instrument.
- Click Save. Your instrument is now listed in the catalogue and available for renters to discover. You can edit by simply clicking on Edit.
